Step 2: Visit a store
We welcome walk-ins, so don’t worry if you haven’t made an appointment.
Our in-store team, the cinch Squad, can help you narrow down your search if you're unsure which car is right for you.
Once you’ve found a car you like, take it for a test drive, kick the tyres and sniff the seats (if that’s your thing).
If you do want to take a car for a spin, remember to bring your driving licence and either your National Insurance number or a driving licence check code.

Step 3: Snap it up
If you’re ready to buy a car, our team will sit down with you and talk you through your options.
Buying is as simple as if you were at home – all through our website, with the option to buy outright or on finance.
You can choose in-store handover or have your new car delivered to your home or local collection centre.
