For payment, you'll need your credit or debit card if buying outright (or you can use Pay by Bank or Apple Pay). If buying on finance, you'll apply by following the normal process on our website - see our car finance page for what you'll need to provide.

Part exchanging? You don't need to bring anything with you to get a quote, but here's what you'll need to give us on the day you take delivery of your new car and exchange your old one.

Yes, you can. When you buy a car located in our Birmingham store, you can choose to collect it for free at a time that suits you.

If the car’s not already in our Birmingham store, we may be able to move it there for collection. You’ll be shown your delivery and collection options during checkout.

Absolutely. Search our cars currently in store, find one you like and make an appointment by calling us on 0333 015 4101. We’ll reserve it for you to come in and drive.

If you're buying a car outright, you should be able to drive it away the same day – as long as you complete the purchase at least two hours before the store closes and your old car has no outstanding finance (if you’re part exchanging).

However, this will depend on how busy the store is, as our technicians will need to do final checks on your new car before you can drive it away.

If you buy on finance and/or want to part exchange your old car with outstanding finance, it’ll take up to three days to sort out the paperwork. You’ll be able to choose a time slot after that point to come and pick it up.

When you buy a car in store, you can add your current car as a part exchange to your order – we’ll walk you through it. 

You’ll then exchange your old car when your new one’s ready – whether you choose in-store collection or have it delivered to your home or chosen collection centre.
