Bring your driving licence if you’re hoping to take one of our cars for a test drive. You'll also need your National Insurance number or a driving licence check code.

For payment, you'll need your credit or debit card if buying outright (or you can use Pay by Bank or Apple Pay). If buying on finance, you'll apply by following the normal process on our website - see our car finance page for what you'll need to provide.

Part exchanging? You don't need to bring anything with you to get a quote, but here's what you'll need to give us on the day you take delivery of your new car and exchange your old one.

Absolutely. Search our cars currently in-store, find one you like and make an appointment by calling us on 0333 015 4101. We’ll reserve it for you to come in and drive.

Yes, you can drive away the same day when you buy a car outright in-store at least two hours before the store closes (as long as your old car has no outstanding finance if you’re part exchanging). If the store’s nearly closed, you can choose a time slot within the next two days. 

If you buy on finance and/or want to part exchange your old car with outstanding finance, you can still choose in-store handover, but it’ll take up to three days to sort out the paperwork. You’ll be able to choose a time slot after that point to come and pick it up.

Yes, you can. When you buy a car located in our Corby warehouse, you can choose to collect it at a time that suits you.

When you buy a car in-store, you can add your current car as a part exchange to your order – we’ll walk you through it. 

You’ll then exchange your old car when your new one’s ready – whether you choose in-store handover or have it delivered to your home or chosen collection centre.
