Start nowTitanium was previously the name given to Ford’s highest-spec models, but these days, it’s a much more common choice. Still, it comes fully loaded with all the kit you’d need.
The price difference between a Fiesta Titanium and lower models isn’t generally too drastic, especially when you’re buying used, which makes this an appealing option.
Titanium was introduced to the Fiesta range when the sixth-generation model came out in 2008, and it’s been available ever since, so there should be plenty of Fiesta Titanium models at different price points for you to consider.
The most popular engine you’ll find in the Ford Fiesta by a long way is the 1.0-litre EcoBoost petrol unit – it’s refined, efficient, and powerful. Even the lowest-spec Fiesta Titanium EcoBoost has 100hp.
Because the Fiesta Titanium is a high-spec model, you don’t get access to the lesser-powered 1.25-litre and 1.1-litre petrol.
If you do a lot of long-distance driving, you may wish to consider the 1.5-litre diesel. It has 120hp, and should easily be able to achieve and even exceed 60mpg on the motorway.
The world was a different place in 2008, and our expectations for car tech were a lot lower, but even early Fiesta Titanium models are fully loaded and include things like a heated windscreen, cruise control, and automatic wipers.
By the end of the Fiesta’s time on sale, the Titanium can with keyless start, a large infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and large alloy wheels.
Depending on the model year, other equipment may include keyless entry, ambient lighting and a digital driver’s display.
Titanium was previously a range-topping model for the Fiesta, sitting above cheaper models like Style, Trend and Zetec.
Later on, posher variants of the Ford Fiesta Titanium were added, like Titanium X and Titanium Vignale.
ST-Line and ST-Line X models sit at a similar price but offer a much sportier appearance, while jacked-up Active and Active X variants give the car a crossover look.
The Fiesta's EcoBoost engine offers improved fuel efficiency and reduced emissions without compromising performance. Its turbocharged nature provides a balance of power and efficiency, delivering a responsive and eco-friendly driving experience.
Following its most recent Euro NCAP crash test in 2017, the Ford Fiesta scored a full five stars.
The Ford Fiesta ST, unlike the Titanium, is a high-performance model featuring a more powerful engine, sport-tuned suspension and upgraded handling components. Whereas the Titanium model is a more luxurious car with high-end features.
Yes. The Fiesta Titanium is the top-spec model which means you get all the bells and whistles, and used ones are a steal at a great price.
Being a smaller car, the Fiesta's 292-litre boot isn't as spacious as the Focus's 392 litres.
